Digital signatures
Important documents such as annual accounts, objections or contracts are sent by DanTaxLegal with a digital signature. This procedure speeds up many processes, as the documents no longer need to be printed out and sent by post. The recipient can transfer the document by email, and it retains the same documentary value for any further recipients.
DanTaxLegal uses the procedure for qualified electronic signatures in accordance with Section 7 of the German Signature Act. Such an electronically signed document has the same security features as a notarised document:
- The signature is authentic, confirming that the named person has signed the document
- The content is the original and remains unchanged
Unlike a paper document, authenticity can be verified within minutes.
