DanTaxLegal is an integrated, interdisciplinary house of expertise specialising in international tax and commercial law – with a particular focus on Germany. We solve tasks at the highest international level.
Close to Denmark – and to Danish business culture
We are based just south of the Danish-German border, close to Flensburg. We advise Danish and Scandinavian companies with existing or planned activities in Germany. Our clients receive advice in Danish and encounter a business culture strongly influenced by Danish values.
60 employees and three partners
Today, we have 60 dedicated employees and more than 35 years of experience. DanTaxLegal is jointly owned and operated by three partners. All tasks are handled by interdisciplinary teams working closely together across specialist areas.

We combine specialised knowledge in accounting, tax law, commercial law and business economics. Our core areas include setting up businesses in Germany, personnel and labour law issues, tailor-made business solutions, as well as restructuring and optimisation.
